1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the BuyReach platform, applying for the commercial creator track, or participating in campaign distributions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use in partnership with Apprentice Africa.
2. Creator Tiers & Salary Progression
Creators start at Tier 1 Bronze (₦500,000/month base salary) and progress through 9 structured tiers up to Tier 9 Emperor (₦1,300,000/month). Tier upgrades are evaluated based on campaign performance and commercial distribution milestones.
3. Settlement SPV Wealth Building
Settlement SPV statement requests and performance-linked accrual tracking unlock at Tier 2 (Silver) and above. Settlement payouts of up to ₦150,000,000 are subject to program milestone completion over a 5 to 9-year career framework.
4. Campaign Commissions
Creators earn between 10% and 20% commission on commercial brand campaigns executed across the ROI Africa 8-company ecosystem. Commissions are logged in the creator dashboard and paid upon advertiser confirmation.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
